Another day. Still not working.
Yesterday’s status still stands. Prepaid Freshservice still inaccessible.

Black-box warning · Freshworks Inc · NASDAQ FRSH
Payment does not equal service. Freshworks accepted a prepaid year, then disabled the instance over a disputed extra-agent invoice that was never used. If a purchase order is sitting on your desk, this is the operational product — not the demo.
A prepaid Freshservice customer paid Freshworks Inc invoice FWINV5995 in full on 2 February 2026. Freshworks accepted the money. Freshworks then disabled that prepaid instance because of a different invoice — FWINV14688 — for an extra agent that was never started and never used.
That is not a billing nuance. That is taking payment for a service and refusing to deliver it. Every day after that is a warning to the next buyer.

Invoice FWINV5995 paid in full. Freshworks took the money for a year of Freshservice.
Freshworks disabled the prepaid Freshservice account over disputed invoice FWINV14688. The clinic was bounced from billing to receivables to customer success to “we’ll check internally.”
Billing loops in Accounts Receivable. Response to a fully paid, disabled account: activate a trial. A paying customer treated like a prospect.
Sidharth Gokulkrishnan: come back “tomorrow.” Tomorrow did not arrive.
Still down. Account disabled again after the trial theatre.
Mariyappan S covers while Sidharth is out. Freshworks’ remedy: a two-week trial extension. Not restoration of the paid term. A trial.
Sidharth writes that Freshworks has approval to reactivate at 1 license, void the extra-agent invoice, and will activate it “shortly.”
Still no access.
New story: the account “has been cancelled,” more internal approvals are required, activation promised for “Wednesday first half.” That contradicts the 16 September written approval.

This record is a Freshservice lockout. Freshservice is Freshworks’ ITSM product — incidents, assets, employee service. The company that billed it, disabled it, and offered a trial in place of the year already paid is Freshworks Inc (NASDAQ: FRSH), formerly Freshdesk Inc.
The same billing org, the same receivables loop, and the same “customer success” theatre sit behind the rest of the suite. If you are evaluating any of these names, you are looking at that company:
Marketing copy calls this “people-first AI service software.” After the Freshservice payment cleared, the operational product was a locked door, a trial, and another internal approval. Sign that, and you are betting a clinic, an MSP, or a helpdesk that this billing org will not do it to you.
Private email ran for months. Legal, investor relations, receivables, billing, support, customer success, and a crowd of named staff already had the invoices, and proof of payment. Internal visibility did not produce a working Freshservice login.
If you are searching Freshworks reviews, Freshservice billing, Freshdesk customer success, or “is Freshworks worth it” for a clinic or any shop that actually pays invoices: this is what that looked like after the money cleared. Do not learn it on your own card.
Tuesday, 22 September 2026. Another day. Prepaid Freshservice still inaccessible. The money cleared. The login did not.
If you still sign a Freshworks PO after reading their own sentences, you were warned. This line updates every calendar day until they restore the prepaid service or refuse in writing.

Opinion: bad faith. They cashed a prepaid year, killed the login, and wrote “shortly” while the door stayed locked. Freshworks is unfit to hold a prepaid contract. Do not give them a PO.
